General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) recently snooped in some of the paperwork left behind by Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) after she passed away. One of those documents proved that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has leukemia and has already been through one round of chemotherapy. But that’s just one piece of the puzzle. Sonny shared what he discovered with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). While Nina was initially worried about how Willow’s illness would impact Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) but there will soon be even greater surprises for Nina.

Soon Nina will discover that she may be the only hope Willow has to survive. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has been keeping a vital piece of information from everyone involved. Months ago, Carly discovered that Nina is Willow’s biological mother. Willow is in desperate need of a bone marrow transplant. It seems almost a certainty that as soon as Nina discovers the truth she will get tested to see if she is a match for Willow.
General Hospital Updates – Sonny Corinthos will be there for Nina Reeves!
Giving bone marrow is a painful process. If she is a match, Nina will likely do everything in her power to save her newfound daughter. This is especially true given the fact that Willow’s twin, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) died two years ago. Nina knew Nelle but didn’t discover she was her daughter until after Nelle’s death. She won’t want to lose her second chance with Willow no matter how painful it is.
Can Willow Tait And Nina Reeves Form A Bond?
But even if Nina manages to save Willow, the two of them have a long road ahead of them. There are years of animosity between them. But Sonny will certainly stand by Nina in every way as they all work together to become a family. Perhaps after so much drama and pain, they can all come together as a family. But it’s not going to be easy. This will be a true test of the longevity of Nina and Sonny’s relationship!
