General Hospital Spoilers: Drew’s Rebound Romance With Jordan Shocks Viewers!
General Hospital spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Matheson) bowed out of Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) the second he found out the Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was alive and on the run from the police.
Coming Up On General Hospital
Carly was upset that Drew broke up with her, but she couldn’t deny that she would always put Jason first, even if not in a romantic way. Drew confirmed that Carly shouldn’t return to Crimson Magazine either, so that he could have a clean break.
Drew Cain took out his frustration at the gym!
Rather than wallow in his unhappiness, Drew immediately went to the gym to work out his frustrations. While there, he ran into Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) who had some frustrations of her own to work out.
Jordan went to work as Deputy Mayor for Laura Collins (Genie Francis) last year. Jordan did a great job filling in for Laura while she was out of town.
But when Laura returned, Jordan found herself missing her former profession as Police Commissioner. So with Laura’s blessing, Jordan began investigating the sniper attack on the roof of the Metro Court.
Jordan Ashford is at a crossroads!
Jordan was visibly upset when police officer Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) was shot and left comatose. As a member of city government, Jordan feels helpless to help bring Dante’s shooter to justice.
So when she ran into Drew at the gym, she had plenty of frustrations of her own to work through. As Drew and Jordan talked, they certainly bonded.
This had led fans to wonder if the groundwork is being laid for a Drew and Jordan romance. The question is whether or not that’s a good idea.
Drew Cain and Jordan Ashford are at a crossroads!
Both Drew and Jordan are in a time of transition so a romance between the two might make sense, assuming that fans can see if there is any type of chemistry between the two.
Jordan has had a couple recent pairings that didn’t necessarily sit well with viewers. And Drew’s relationship with Carly was overwhelmingly a failure to most viewers as well. Perhaps Drew and Jordan might be the best thing to happen to the other one.
