General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease in this week’s General Hospital Sneak Peek, that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will both be blindsided by what Chase has to say!
General Hospital Spoilers – Detective Harrison Chase Walks Into Valentin Cassadine’s Hospital Room
General Hospital viewers will recall that Chase walked into Valentin’s hospital room in the midst of Valentin’s devastation and anger upon forcing a confession out of Brook Lynn Quartermaine. Valentin had figured out that he wasn’t “Bailey Lois Quartermaine’s” (Harper and Scarlett Bloom) birth father, and she had been pretty much forced to admit it. However, she didn’t come clean about who “Bailey” really was when Chase walked in. Chase figured it out after talking to Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) earlier. Chase walked in and told Valentin that he was “Bailey’s” birth father, and now this scene continues as Valentin says that he’s just there to help his “friend’. Valentin tells Chase his chivalry is misguided, as Brook Lynn continues to look on. Chase, angered, tells Valentin it’s not chivalry – Brook Lynn lied to everyone including him, and he’s not there to help her! General Hospital viewers can see Brook Lynn looks worried!
General Hospital Updates – Valentin Cassadine And Detective Harrison Chase Continue Talking
General Hospital viewers will see Valentin and Chase continue talking, and things get a little loud on Chase’s part. Valentin assumes Chase is there to confront Brook Lynn, as Chase continues to walk towards him. Chase, angry, tells Valentin that he’s had his suspicions for a while now – he continues, his voice continuing to rise in volume, as he knew Brook Lynn was hiding something! Chase points to her as she continues to stay behind Valentin; she is clearly annoyed!
Chase continues on, telling Valentin that he just did what any detective would do-he started investigating! Now, Brook Lynn loses it – and shouts at Chase to stop it! She continues, reminding Chase that she told him when she first came back to Port Charles that he was not her baby’s father! Chase looks shocked and surprised, and shocks and surprises both her and Valentin. General Hospital viewers will see Chase put on his best undercover acting chops as he tells them that he’s got a DNA test that proves otherwise!
Valentin Cassadine And Brook Lynn Quartermaine Are Both Puzzled
General Hospital viewers will note that Chase’s claim about having a DNA test in his possession is puzzling to both of them – as they look at each other, and then back at Chase! General Hospital viewers will see Chase continue with his “cover story”, telling them that without a doubt, he is “Bailey’s” birth father! Chase is angry as he tells Brook Lynn he thought they were friends, and yet, this is how she repays him for having her back..by keeping his daughter a secret from him for months? Chase then tells an astounded Brook Lynn that he will never forgive her for this! Going through Brook Lynn’s mind when he tells her this, undoubtedly is something about the pot calling the kettle black, because he would have had to fake any such DNA test and he’s lying through his teeth!
