General Hospital Spoilers: Elizabeth and Finn Forge a Family — With Someone Else’s Baby
General Hospital Spoilers tease Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) have never thought about having children together.
They have enough going on with their own flocks and trying to blend their family — combined with Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) declining health.
The last thing they need is a baby on board, right? But that’s just what they may be headed for as Elizabeth grows partial to the idea of being more than just a babysitter to Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay).
Will Finn be on board when Elizabeth mentions she wants to raise Nikolas Cassadine’s (Adam Huss) child to help alleviate that burden for Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom)? What happens if he’s not?
General Hospital Spoilers — That Name…
Finn would be just fine if he never heard the name Nikolas Cassadine again. To be fair, Elizabeth did get tangled up in a criminal web of lies with the guy last they saw him.
When she came too close to revealing the truth about Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) to Finn, she made up further lies to cover for herself and Nikolas —- claiming she had been cheating on Finn and was pregnant with Nikolas’ child.
So, Elizabeth can’t blame the guy for having negative feelings attached to the situation, even if it was all a ruse in the end and Elizabeth never actually stepped out on him. It still stings.
GH Spoilers Claim Nikolas and Elizabeth Meet Again
Elizabeth was relieved to hear Laura tell her Nikolas had already confessed to his crimes. She really didn’t want to testify against him, even though she is the person who originally ratted him out.
She might imagine that Nikolas is angry with her, but when she goes to see him to apologize, he won’t be keen on letting her.
Nikolas is finally going to acknowledge that he — and he alone — is responsible for his actions. He and Elizabeth will be back on solid ground, and she could end up becoming his confidant all over again.
General Hospital Spoilers — What About Kevin and Laura?
Nikolas knew he needed someone to watch over Ace while he was in prison — especially since Heather Webber (Alley Mills) could stake claim to his son in some twisted manner.
He wants the loose ends neatly tied, and he had no one else to rely on for such support but his mother and Kevin.
However, when Elizabeth comes into the picture, stressing how willing she is to help, Nikolas could have a change of heart and wonder whether Ace might be better off — and less burdensome — in Elizabeth’s care than his aging mother’s. How will Laura take that news?
