General Hospital Spoilers: When Nina Gets Caught In The Mob Crossfire, Sonny Comes Running
General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Sina is likely a thing of the past. Since Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) SEC cover-up was revealed, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) wants nothing to do with her.
But with an unknown threat looming, if Nina was put in danger, or hurt, would Sonny come running to her side? Is there hope for a Sina reunion, after all?
GH Spoilers: Sonny Corinthos Feels He Needs To Protect “Everyone”
GH spoilers note that Sonny has gone to great lengths to protect Ava Jerome (Maura West). He states this is mainly because they share a child in Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), but fans know that the mob boss tends to feel responsible for anyone remotely in his orbit. He knows his business creates a threat to anyone in his life, whether that be a family member, friend, or baby momma!
If Nina gets shot or is hospitalized due to an explosion (or something along those lines), Sonny will be gutted. He may also feel guilty about shunning her. Especially in light of the recent events that were revealed to him surrounding Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
GH Spoilers: Sonny May Feel Alone & Vulnerable
With Nina, Carly, Michael, and Dex banished from his life, Sonny may feel all alone right now. Upon reflection, he may start to understand why Nina did what she did to Carly.
While Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) sadly suffered the most from her insider trading tip, Nina was vying for revenge against Carly. Sonny may realize that he overreacted a tad with his wife, considering the level of betrayal coming from his ex-wife, son, and right-hand man.
Still, whether she’s fighting for her life, or simply escaping a scary situation, if Nina gets caught up in Sonny’s mob world, his heart may soften toward her. Could a reunion follow?
