General Hospital Spoilers: Curtis Tries To Break Free Of Selina Wu
General Hospital spoilers tease that now Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is back home after locating his missing father, it’s time he turns his attention to his club, The Savoy. Curtis had made a deal with Selina Wu (Lydia Look) earlier this year when he needed to get access to his father, Marshall Ashford’s (Roger Gossett) sealed police records. Marshall had let his whole family believe he was dead for decades and wasn’t forthcoming with any explanations. When his ex-wife, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), who also happens to be the police commissioner was unable to help, Curtis turned to Selina.

Selina had previously approached Curtis with a proposal. Curtis had turned Selina down every time she had previously asked to use the Savoy to host high-stakes poker games with some very influential people.
Curtis knew that Selina was in the mob, and even though Selina assured him that the games were legal, Curtis was still hesitant to let her use the club for any reason. Selina also promised Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) that she wouldn’t do anything that infringed on Sonny’s own mob-related business.

Selina has held several games at the Savoy already. She’s enlisted her nephew, Brad Cooper (Perry Shen) to facilitate the games and they seem to be running without a hitch. But now, Selina has personally invited sleazy record producer Linc Brown (Dan Buran) to play. Curtis has already had a run-in with Linc in the past so he knows the producer is bad news. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), fresh off of blackmailing Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) also seems to have wrangled an invitation.

As the poker games attract more unsavory characters, Curtis will grow more concerned that he has made a terrible mistake. He will certainly try to get out of his agreement with Selina. But Selina seems to know everything about Curtis and will likely not hesitate to use that knowledge to keep Curtis in line. Selina has told Curtis she can be a valuable ally, but she can also be a formidable enemy. Curtis will have to be very careful about his next move.
