General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos) is just like the rest of us when it comes to traffic—he hates it. He’s posted a cute video to Insta in which he gives a shout out to his alter ego and you’ll definitely want to catch his “performance!”
In the meantime fans can’t help but wonder when Sonny will come back to Port Charles, New York and when he will get his memory back. It’s been a long, hot summer so far and it looks like Mike is content to cool his jets in his newfound home away from home.

Maurice captioned the video, “Even Mike doesn’t like driving in LA. But music always calms him down?Would you let Mike take you for a ride?”
The clip shows Maurice navigating LA traffic and he plays a mean air guitar while rocking out to some classic rock tunes.

The fans loved the impromptu jam session and one posted, “Lol even “Mike” gets a little impatient eh? Maybe “Sonny” is surfacing,” and one wrote, “Keep driving back to Port Charles!”
The fans are clearly wondering when Maurice’s character is coming home and if he will be Mike or Sonny. That is the million dollar question but for now Smike is content to hang out in Nixon Falls with his boo Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
General Hospital spoilers: What Happens Next in Port Charles, New York?
Will Sonny ever come home? Even if the character returns to town, he might not know he was once the premier mob boss on the east coast. For some reason no one in Nixon Falls knows this either. Which is strange as heck.
Anywho, when the character comes home, his home will be much different than he left it. That’s because Carly Corinthos, formerly Mrs. Sonny Corinthos will be Mrs. Jason Morgan. Everyone believes that Sonny is dead, and the town and his family have clearly moved on without him.
The Jarly marriage is one of convenience however. At least in the beginning. Fans know that Carly has had the hots for Jason forever, and Jason isn’t blind. Will this union eventually turn real, with the faux marriage consummated in the process? That would definitely complicate things as Jason is Sonny’s best friend!
