General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Emme Rylan (Lulu Spencer Falconeri) is off the show based in Port Charles, NY, but that doesn’t mean she is off of her fans’ curious minds. So when she recently posted about her latest plans they were delighted.
General Hospital spoilers: Where Is Emme Rylan Now and What is She Doing?
According to Emme’s Insta, the whole family is on a road trip to Ohio. She wrote, “ROAD TRIP SMILES!!#cutenessoverload #ohiobound (and don’t worry I adjusted Dakota’s straps before driving).”
The pic shows her three kids in the back seat of their vehicle with huge grins and candy.
Her fans loved the update and one posted, “Your kids are growing way too fast. Do miss you on GH, this was your third show for me. Hope you do return to the show and to Dante.”

General Hospital spoilers: Emme Rylan Is Headed for Ohio
Another fan wrote: “Your kids are the cutest!!!? love Dakota’s curls. Safe travels to Ohio. Miss you much on GH not the same without you (Lulu) your beautiful,” while another said, “Beautiful family ❤️! I will miss you as Lulu Spencer Falconari on GH for sure.”
Last year Rylan was taken off the GH canvas and she let fans know that she and her family would take the opportunity to get some traveling in.
In a recent Instagram post, a fan asked if she’ll be back at GH at some point in time. Emme replied, “If they ask me ❤️.”
General Hospital spoilers: What Happens Next in Port Charles?
For the time being Lulu is in a coma at a facility far away from her family. Her mom Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is determined to make the man responsible, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), pay.
And her ex, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is now in the hospital because of lunatic Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grhan) stabbing him with a syringe full of lidocaine.
So, in other words, life goes on in Port Charles!
General Hospital spoilers: Will Dante Falconeri Move on From Lulu Spencer?
In particular, Dante has caught the attention of Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). Does this mean a new romance with one or the other is on the horizon for the beefcake?
That remains to be seen and for the moment he is being controlled by Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to take out Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
