Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) believes that Britt and Terry could work together to help General Hospital. They both have proven that they care about the hospital. Monica wants them to work together in the position of co-Chief of Staff. Britt is the current Chief of Staff and has been reluctant to work with Terry.

Terry is impressed with Britt because she did not like that Cyrus was using the hospital for his illegal drug ring. Terry understands that it can be hard to overcome a troubled past. She had to find a way to get acceptance for the choice that she made for her personal sexual orientation.
