General Hospital Spoilers: Terry Worries About Chet’s Reaction To Her Transition!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Chet Driscoll (Chris Van Etten) and Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) seemed to really hit it off both before and after her disastrous blind date. At first, Terry believed that Chet was actually her date and both of them really seemed to enjoy each other’s company. But then when the real date showed up they took a table not far from Chet. It was such a disaster that Chet had to intervene and the other guy left in a huff.

While Terry was relieved that guy was gone, she was nervous about Chet. As much as Terry likes Chet, she is now faced with the question of whether they should move forward and have a date of their own. She had matched with the first guy on a dating app and they had been messaging for weeks prior to meeting on Valentine’s Day. Terry had been comfortable enough with him to tell him about her past and that she once was a man and had successfully transitioned. And while Chet seems like a great guy, he has no idea about Terry’s history.

General Hospital Updates – Dr. Terry Randolph Is A Confident, Successful Professional Woman!

Up until now, Terry has been focused on her career and supporting her best friend, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). Liz‘s husband Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) was murdered last year and Terry has been there for Liz every step of the way. All the while, she worked at the hospital without having an official position in the oncology department. But when the Chief of Staff position came up, Terry put her name in the ring, and she was eventually named co-Chief along with Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Although neither of them was happy about it at first, they have come together as a strong leadership team.

Now that she is in a good place professionally, Terry is finally ready for romance. She thought that the dating app was a good way to disclose her past before things could get could serious but that didn’t work out. And while Terry is proud of who she is, there is always the fear that she could be rejected because of it. She knows she has to tell Chet before things can go any further but it won’t be easy. Chet may not understand, and not want to go forward. But Terry needs to have faith in both herself and in Chet and she owes it to herself to see where it goes!
