General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chaves) has come back to Port Charles. Spencer was away at boarding school in France. He has not wanted to come back to Port Charles because he has been upset with his father Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Spencer was upset with Nikolas because he did not let him know that he was alive after everyone thought that he was dead for three years. Spencer was also upset with Nikolas for marrying Ava Jerome-Cassadine (Maura West).
Ava and Nikolas have been the targeted by a stalker. They do not know that the stalker that has been coming after them is Spencer who wants to get Ava out of Nikolas’ life. Spencer has stayed close to his grandmother Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Laura will be happy that Spencer is back in Port Charles. However Laura will be upset to find out that Spencer is the stalker who has come after Ava and Nikolas. Spencer may need to connect with some new and old friends to help him if he gets into trouble.
General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer Connects with Josslyn Jacks
Spencer has been friends with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) for years. They have helped each other at different times. Joss has had to deal with losing her step father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Spencer and Sonny are close because Spencer’s mother Courtney Matthews (Alicia Leigh Willis) was his Sonny’s sister. Joss may be able to help Spencer to come to terms with being angry with Nikolas. She may be able to get him to see that he should give Nikolas another chance.
General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer Connects with Cameron Webber
Spencer has been rivals with Cameron Webber (William Lipton). They have both wanted to date Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Silzar) in the past. Spencer has not seen Cameron as his equal. However Spencer is going to get into trouble when the truth comes out that he has been stalking Nikolas and Ava. Cameron may be able to help Spencer.
Cameron has had to deal with losing his step father Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Cameron almost had legal troubles because he blamed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) for killing Franco. Cameron loved Franco and thought of him as his hero. However Cameron had not always thought of Franco in a good way. Cameron could help Spencer to start to accept Ava.
General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer Connects with Trina Robinson
Spencer does not know Trina Robinson (Sidney Makayla). However he has had an unfortunate encounter with Trina. Spencer set up another disturbing message for Ava and Nikolas. Trina has fallen victim of the setup and has been covered in a red liquid. Trina will be upset with Spencer.
Trina is close to Ava and will be upset to find out that Spencer has been trying break Nikolas and Ava up. Spencer will need to apologize to Trina for being the victim of his disturbing message. Trina may not be able to forgive Spencer at first because she is close to Ava.

General Hospital Spencer will need to find a way to make friends now that he is back in Port Charles. Spencer needs to get Joss to help him with his problems. Will Joss want to help Spencer? Joss and Trina are best friends. Trina will be upset with Spencer for accidently attacking her. Joss will be upset with Spencer.
Can Spencer find a way to get Trina and Joss to forgive him? Spencer may need to find a way to get to be friends with Cameron because Cameron could help him with his problems.
