General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will make a shocking proposition to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
After Laura Collins (Genie Francis) called her at the morgue when she, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) were there, broadcasting Cyrus’ radio show Anna got an idea.
General Hospital Spoilers: Anna Devane Needs Someone To Act As A Mole
Anna needs someone to act as a mole who has contacts inside Pentonville, to find out who set up Olivia Jerome’s (Tonja Walker) murder.
Anna knew when she looked at the gun, which was left behind at the murder scene, it was from the WSB arsenal-so whoever killed Olivia is targeting Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Previously, John Cates (Adam Harrington) formerly known as Jagger had shared with Anna and Jordan that several guns were stolen and used in murders of mob family leaders.
There were at least three or four previously killed and Olivia made the fourth; there are still Sonny and Selina Wu (Lydia Look) in danger. Ava Jerome (Maura West) may still be in danger as well, along with Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash) and Jennifer Smith (Holly Gagnier).
GH Spoilers: Anna Devane Gets An Idea
Cyrus may be released from Pentonville, but she learns that he has plans how to protect Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) in prison; if Cyrus doesn’t still have contacts how could he?
He told Laura that he was still doing a prison ministry of sorts, and since Olivia was being transported out of Pentonville when she was killed, the killer can’t be inside.
Yet, the killer would have someone in the prison who would have told them about her transfer so the bus could be stopped and Olivia executed. The person or persons on the inside who are communicating with the killer are who Anna needs Cyrus to find out about.
General Hospital Spoilers: Anna Devane Makes Her Proposition
Cyrus is very anxious to prove to Laura that he truly has changed, and Anna makes the point if he does this to help the police, that might do it.
No one is buying Cyrus’ religious conversion or his preaching on his radio show, they all think it’s just a cover but this gives him a chance to prove it. More than likely Cyrus will agree, although there is a chance he may not-but if Anna puts it to him the right way she may convince him.
However, Cyrus too is a mob boss even though right now he’s a former one-so he says. His own life could be in danger from whoever is taking down mob bosses, so he may need police protection as well.
