General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Willow Is On Death’s Door — And Nelle Is Knocking At Nina’s

General Hospital: Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen)

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is in rough shape. She just happily walked down the aisle in the Quartermaine mansion and said her vows to the man of her dreams — Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). They couldn’t have been happier; if only that gray cloud of cancer wasn’t looming over top of them. Now, Willow is going to start spiraling toward death’s door, and Michael will feel powerless to stop it. Enter, Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier). Yes, you read that right. Nelle is back — and no one will be happy to see her. That is after they try to make sense of how she could possibly be alive. Of course, when Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) finds out her other daughter is alive and well as Willow is careening toward her grave, it’s going to be up to her to get Nelle to save Willow’s life. Will it work?

General Hospital Spoilers — Nelle Benson Jerome Isn’t Dead

Making sense of Nelle’s death is going to throw everyone for a loop. When she tumbled over that cliff, no one thought it was possible that she could have survived. However, when her alleged remains were discovered, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) confirmed they were that of Nelle. He’s going to have a lot of explaining to do if he was in cahoots with her and let her off the hook to get away. That being said, she could have blackmailed him if she still had information on what he was up to back in Florida that might have messed up his future with the PCPD. Either way, Nelle is alive, and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will be forced to deal with her.

General Hospital Updates – Nina Reeves Will Meet The Nelle Benson Jeroe Everyone Else Knew

Nina is going to be thrilled to have a second chance to know her daughter, and Nelle might warm up to that ideally, initially. However, it won’t take long for Nelle’s real intentions to start bleeding through. She’s been alive all this time and knew her mother was here grieving for her, but she never came back. Why is she home now? Because Willow’s death gives her an advantage. She could strong-arm Michael and Willow into giving her custodial rights to Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver), which would certainly help Nina if Nelle was willing to stick around. This is going to get messy! Nina isn’t going to be able to turn her cheek to how self-serving Nelle appears to be, but she will likely convince herself she can help her be a better person.

Willow Tait’s Life Hangs In The Balance

All of this negotiating is going to burn up a lot of time that could be spent saving Willow’s life. Willow is a strong woman and she will die on this hill. She’s going to insist that Michael let her die if it means saving Wiley from Nelle, but there won’t be any security in that. Where has Nelle been? What if she was off bettering herself and has come home to face her crimes and seek visitation with her son as a reformed woman? It sure doesn’t sound like it but we know how manipulative she can be. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this pans out.

  3. […] Nina is about to find out that love is a two-way street, and sometimes we can’t control the traffic. While she may wish she could be there for Sonny in his time of need, the reality is that she’ll never fully understand the struggles he’s facing as his criminal organization disintegrates around him. The thought of spending years in prison is enough to make anyone feel isolated, and Sonny knows this all too well. It’s understandable that Nina might have her own concerns, but at a certain point, she needs to realize that relationships are about more than just her own feelings. As Carly swoops in to save the day, Nina will be forced to confront her own feelings of loneliness and abandonment — on top of feeling less than capable of loving this man right. […]
