General Hospital Spoilers: Nina is About to Gain Another Daughter Just as She Prepares to Lose One
General Hospital spoilers suggest Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) should be reveling her happily ever after. She just married the love of her life, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and everything should be perfect. But alas, life is not that simple. Willow is struggling to stay afloat after months battling stage four leukemia — a gray cloud that threatens to overshadow her newfound bliss. Enter Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier), the woman who always seemed to bring chaos wherever she went.
Alive and headed back to Port Charles, Nelle is sure to make jaws drop with the news that she never really died that day she fell from the bluffs. Although she is known for causing trouble, perhaps Nelle could also be the light at the end of the tunnel for Willow and Michael — if she’s willing to donate her bone marrow to Willow, her twin sister.

Nelle is making a return and nobody will be excited to see her face. Honestly, who can blame them? After her untimely demise, everyone assumed that was the end of the Nelle saga. But apparently not. Now, with Willow’s life on the line, Nina Reeves will have one mission — to seek out Nelle and convince her to come to her other daughter’s aid. She’ll have a lot of questions, too. How is Nelle dead if Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) confirmed the remains found were hers?
If he was working with Nelle, he’s going to have some serious explaining to do. That being said, Nelle was a master manipulator. It’s entirely possible that she had some dirt on him. Chase could be sweating bullets if Nelle’s death causes any of his shady past to come to light.
GH Spoilers Hint Nina is Twice Blessed
Nina, will be over the moon to finally meet her daughter — as her daughter — but she may not want to get too comfortable with the idea of having Nelle back in her life. Nelle always has some serious ulterior motives lurking beneath the surface. Sure, she might put on a charming facade at first, but it won’t be long until her true colors start to shine through. If Nina thinks Nelle is going to part ways with her bone marrow just to save Willow’s life, she’s got another thing coming. There is always something in it for her.

Who will win out in this tug of war on Nina’s heart? Willow is an upstanding citizen, a nurse, and the mother to Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) that Nelle probably never could have been. She’s everything Nina could want in a daughter — she just didn’t see her as any of that until she knew Willow was her daughter. Then there’s Nelle, who is a mother’s worst nightmare, and Nina may be forced to see that as she watches Nelle hold back on saving her own sibling’s life. What will it do to Wiley if he loses the only mother he’s ever known? Nelle won’t care, and that’s going to be a tough pill for Nina to swallow.
