Some General Hospital fans believe that if Carly continues to go after Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) then Sonny will be done with her. After all, Sonny had feelings for Nina and nothing is going to change that. Some fans truly believe that Nina could come between Sonny and Carly to the point of him leaving over her. Sonny may know that there is a good side to Nina but would he leave his wife instead of telling her the truth about his and Nina’s relationship?

General Hospital’s Carly had moved on with Jason and put her relationship on hold when Sonny returned home.
