General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: James Patrick Stuart Teases Valentin Tragic Discovery of Baby Twist
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that it will be tragic for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) when he finds out that Bailey Lois (Scarlet Bloom) isn’t his baby, after all. James Patrick Stuart, the character’s portrayer, teased what’s to come for his alter-ego.
Valentin is feeling happy with his life right now because of his newborn Bailey Louis. His daughter is the reason behind any changes in his life. So it’ll be “very tragic” once he finds out the truth about his baby, Stuart revealed.
The actor recalled that a year and a half ago, his character was “arrogant and manipulative. “He was borderline cruel and he just got taken out at the knees.”
Valentine Starts To Make Amends
Stuart was fascinated when Valentin didn’t retaliate after getting humiliated. Instead, he used it as an opportunity to change himself. The actor said their shooting scenes allowed his alter ego to realize that he wants to make amends for certain situations.
Will He Change Back To His Old Self When He Discovers The Truth?
Stuart is also curious to know if his character will survive the betrayal. He shared that he had fun filming a scene with Josh Swickard who plays Harrison Chase. When both characters were in the room, Valentin took the opportunity to admit that he felt responsible for what happened to him.
General Hospital Spoilers for the Week of August 16 – 20
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will set a date for their wedding. They’ll realize that they need to tie the knot right away so they could convince their rival mob families that they’re united. The pair may end up making a shocking announcement in upcoming scenes.
Meanwhile, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will receive an unexpected phone call. After the shocking phone call, Sam will ask the help of Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). Does the call have something to do with Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) upcoming return?
Elsewhere, Chase and Willow will share a bittersweet scene together. He may go along with Austin Gatlin Holt’s (Roger Howarth) plan to go after the Quartermaine’s fortune for a while, but may not be able to keep his true feelings from her any longer. Will he tell his wife that he knows all about her affair with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)? If so, it may spell the end of their marriage.
