General Hospital spoilers indicate that just as fans were getting excited about Chet Driscoll’s (Chris Van Etten) relationship with Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) was heating up, Chet takes a job in Chicago. Chet went to Terry to discuss this move before accepting the job. Now Chet is leaving town, will he return?
General Hospital – Chris Van Etten Is Moving
General Hospital’s Chris recently decided to pack up his family and leave California. Of course, some actors travel back and forth for work but with Covid, that is very had. Chris feels that it is impossible to commute back and forth so he is simply walking away from this role and Chet. Unfortunately, now Terry has lost her best match yet. Of course, Chet could leave town only to return as a recast. There is no guarantee that G.H. writers will go that route. Will Chet be recast eventually since Chris is no longer available to play the role? Is Chet simply moving on to bigger and better things? Will Chet realize that Terry is someone he doesn’t want to live without?
General Hospital – Terry Randolph And Britt Westbourne May Bond More
General Hospital’s Terry and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) are beginning to grow as friends and coworkers. Britt has already invited Terry to go to this society pool party with her. Now that Chet is leaving, Terry and Britt could decide to go to these functions together to offer each other backup. Could both Terry and Britt find a new romance through this matchmaking service? Will Terry and Britt’s friendship deepen as they look for love?
General Hospital – Amy Driscoll Got Her Wish
General Hospital’s Amy Driscoll went to great lengths to come between Chet and Terry. However, Amy once again tried to manipulate the system by forcing Chet to stay in Port Charles. Terry knows how good Chet is at his job and how much he enjoys it.
Terry isn’t about to let Chet pass up on the job of a lifetime. Will Chet go on and move to help the veterans he loves so much? Could Terry even transfer there herself later on? If Terry and Chet are meant to be they will find a way to work this out. However, it seems that a recast will be required.
Chet’s quick exit will also leave Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) scrambling for a new manager for the gym as well. Is this the job opening that Dex (Evan Hoffer) has been waiting for? Will Chet recommend him to Sonny as his replacement? Will Chet eventually return to the town he has learned to call home?
