The actress, who is best known for her role as Alexis Davis on the hit ABC soap, says that she is looking to tell her side of the story, especially when it comes to her personal life and her career and in a big way, too. According to new reports, Nancy is writing her very first book, and she’s already put in a lot of work into it! The actress took to her Facebook account to tell her fans, “I spent the month of July on a lake in WI. It rebooted and recalibrated me. I’m different now in ways that I can’t quite explain. Prior to that, in the last few months, I was hit with some life altering realizations that truly forced me to re-evaluate my future, my career, my purpose, my value, what I will accept and what I won’t in regards to that and why.
I have paid very close attention to the trajectory of my life, the wins and losses, and my lessons that were many. I am ready to tell the whole truth about my 37 years on Daytime television with gratitude, but with honesty. Im 120 pages in so far. Stay tuned.”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for both her fans and her social media followers to comment on her post. Many of them wrote, “I think this is very common for women to hit this identity path wall. It’s rare for women to actually take the time to analyze, ponder, and adjust. I have always admired your passion and ability to bring humanity to Alexis,” along with, “I can’t wait to read I’m 49 and have been watching gh every since I was a teen been a big Alexis fan thru the years. Prayers for clarity and direction.”
General Hospital Star Nancy Is Writing Her First Book
Another fan wrote, “I think there comes a point when we all have to say STOP I need to take time off and make some changes in my life. I believe that is how we continue to grow. I can’t wait to read your book as I’m sure it’s going to be great.”
