General Hospital Spoilers – Will Liz Webber or Sam McCall Catch Drew Cain’s Eye?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) have spent years as rivals over the affections of Jason Morgan (Steve Morgan), but seem to be getting along much better these days. As witnessed by their recent garbage can burning incident on Independence Day, they are getting along much better these days. But will all that change when and if Drew Cain (previously played by Billy Miller) returns to Port Charles?
General Hospital Spoilers – Is Drew Cain coming back?
Rumors have been swirling that Drew is coming back, if the form of Cameron Matheson. If that turns out to be true, then he will be eventually paired with someone. Will either Sam or Liz catch his eye this time? Drew actually has a history with both women, just like his twin, Jason.
When Drew first came to town, he didn’t know who he was. He and Elizabeth became very close, until it was revealed that Elizabeth knew that Drew was actually Jason. That eventually turned out to not be the case, but it effectively ended anything romantic between them. But by the time he disappeared, Drew and Liz had become good friends. So that attraction has always been there.
General Hospital Spoilers – But what about Samantha McCall?
After Drew and Liz parted ways, and while he believed he was Jason, Drew and Sam ended up together. They have a child together. And even when the real Jason finally returned to Port Charles, Sam was resistant. She stayed with Drew for quite awhile until the pull to Jason finally proved too much. Drew was extremely hurt. But now when and if Drew does return, Sam is finally single and seemingly moving on from Jason. It might be very possible that romance could spark again between these two.
General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber is also single at the moment.
After the death of her husband, Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), Liz has focused her time on her career as a nurse. She was vital in helping Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) cure his brother Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) after Chase was poisoned by Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Finn was so angry with Peter that he pushed him down a stairwell at General Hospital, killing the villain. Elizabeth helped Finn hide the body and they have grown close and even kissed. But it seems more like a rebound for both of them. And let’s not forget how close Drew and Franco were. Drew might want to take care of Liz and her family now that Franco is gone.

I am torn on this one! I can see Elizabeth with Drew & I can see Sam with Drew! They both have history with Drew, but only one a Child with him. Although, Drew may not want Sam because she dumped him to be with Jason! Now Sam has dumped Jason! Maybe, Sam just needs to be alone! She doesn’t seem to want to keep anyone long term! Liz wants to have a stable family & Drew could give that to her. I think Hayden will be coming back to be with Finn! I hope that she does before Finn & Elizabeth get further involved!
