The General Hospital spoilers suggest that Roger Howarth could become the next Nikolas Cassadine. The user Ibc1973 posted on the SoapCentral.com Message Boards: “Roger H as the new Nic? Would anybody accept Roger Howarth as Nic? He could nail the dark prince bit and work with the best actors on the show.”
Fans took to the thread to talk about this possible theory. Some fans argued that Howarth played too many roles over the years. They wouldn’t want to see another recast. It would make the current storyline too confusing.
One fan argued: “No – absolutely NOT. Roger has ALREADY played FOUR different characters on GH – with very little success. This needs to be the END. He does NOT need to play a fifth character — especially a legacy character – whose original actor just passed.”

Absolutely not RH as Nicholas. That’s stupid! I agree with the others. I don’t understand why he wasn’t given a better role in the first place. I don’t even like this Nicholas. He is nothing like Tyler Christopher at all.
