General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that the walls of deception are crumbling all around Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) due to her snitch to the SEC on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).

Michael is restricting Nina’s access to his wife and her daughter, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), and the grandkids, so Nina is under a lot of pressure. She could slip up and reveal something she shouldn’t to Sonny or Sonny might catch Michael and Nina in a suspect moment.

It might be better for Nina to come clean now, rather than later. Sonny has already shown the capacity to forgive her lies, such as when she kept the truth about his identity from him. That time he had amnesia in Nixon Falls PA, remember?
That was a whopper, so why wouldn’t Sonny forgive her a little snitch? Of all people Sonny knows what it’s like to be consumed by emotion and lash out!
He’s forgiven Ava Jerome (Maura West) for hiring scoundrel Betty Rutherford (Ella Lentini) to babysit their daughter, Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola), and fans think Sonny has softened up a great deal since Nixon Falls.

Besides, it seems like everyone is deceiving Sonny these days. Michael hired Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to get evidence to send Sonny to prison, which he didn’t follow through on.
But now Michael and Dex and Carly are conspiring to keep Sonny “safe” by being his secret cabal behind the scenes. In other words, Nina is not the only one keeping secrets from Sonny.

Maybe Nina will find out about Michael’s scheme and blackmail him, in a tit for tat scenario. Or she could insist they both come clean to Sonny and let the chips fall where they may.
