General Hospital Spoilers: Holly’s Heartache, Victor’s Blackmail-Obey Or Ethan Dies
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is in a heartbreaking situation; either obey Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) orders, or Ethan Sutton (Nathan Parsons) dies. Ethan is Holly’s only child, her son with Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), so that delivers a double sting, with Victor even implying how he’d die a crushing death.
General Hospital Spoilers: Crucial Clues
It was suspected by many viewers that Holly, too was being held by Victor when the truth came out he was alive and had kidnapped Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Holly was shown in a very similar room to that which he first kept Liesl in right down to the silk pajamas, after the search was given up in Monte Carlo. She was shown screaming to be let out after Ethan, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) were told she was dead.
But Holly has seemed “off” to some – noticing crucial clues such as her pressing “do not disturb” on Robert’s phone and claiming Ethan to be unreachable. Holly hadn’t even tried to call Ethan and had lied to Robert, and the reason soon became apparent; but instead of being brainwashed, she’s being blackmailed.
GH Spoilers: Reporting Back
There was a huge red herring for the benefit of Robert and others in the Metro Court Dining room when Holly was told of Luke’s death at the hands of Victor. Victor had been casting looks of warning across the room the whole time as she sat with Robert, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). Holly acted like she didn’t know who Victor even was, which should have been a clue to Robert, if no one else, something was off. Holly claimed to be working with the WSB in Monte Carlo and didn’t know who the former head of the WSB, Victor was? She marched across the room and slapped Victor hard after being told he was responsible for Luke’s death, but later reporting back to him.
General Hospital Spoilers: Meeting On The Footbridge
Later, Holly had seemed torn as she reported back to someone on the phone Robert’s plans to help Anna Devane, (Finola Hughes) who’d been framed for Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) murder. Later she met the person on the footbridge, and suspicions were confirmed she was working for Victor, however unwillingly; he warned her what would happen if she crossed him. Victor acted out catching a bug and crushing and rubbing it out with his hands, as Holly looked horrified.
Considering all the other clues regarding not being able to reach Ethan, it appears Victor has him and he’s blackmailing Holly to work for him taking Anna down. It could have even been Holly impersonating Anna while shooting Lucy off the docks into the water, wearing an Anna mask like Liesl once did pursuing Cesar Faison (Anders Hove)!
