General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has every right to sue Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) for keeping her captivity a secret.
Since Elizabeth got an immunity deal she can’t put her in prison but with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) in the midst of a malpractice suit, they could both lose their jobs!
General Hospital Spoilers: Can’t Get Away With It
One reason Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) has been in hiding is to avoid charges related to his keeping Esme captive practically her whole pregnancy.
He no doubt realizes that Elizabeth didn’t cover things up for him either, or she wouldn’t have gotten an immunity deal in the matter.
Esme’s returning memories really caught her off guard, and it’s disturbing that she can’t turn them off-now that she’s had a taste of a normal life she wants to keep it.
Other than breaking into Wyndemere, possibly in order to get the rest of her memories back, Esme’s done nothing wrong recently.
She was terrified of her birth father Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and wanted nothing to do with her birth mother Heather Webber (Alley Mills) although that’s about to change.
GH Spoilers: The Situation At The Hospital Is Tense
In spite of her immunity agreement and her childhood best friend being the co-chief of staff at GH, the situation at the hospital is tense because of Finn’s malpractice suit.
Even though Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) and Tracy Quartermaine, (Jane Elliot) who’s on the board of the hospital assured Finn they were on his side, with Elizabeth it could be different.
If Esme sues Elizabeth and Mrs. Dennis Muldoon (uncast character) finds out about Esme and Elizabeth’s connection and Elizabeth’s connection to Finn, she could push back hard.
Other hospital board members could be riled up and force a suspension and firing of both Finn and Elizabeth in spite of Monica’s support!
General Hospital Spoilers: A New Scandal Could Take GH Down
Not to mention, if the Widow Muldoon has deep enough pockets and a strong enough influence on public opinion, this new scandal could take GH down entirely.
That means everyone would lose their job, from the hospital administrator to the janitorial staff. Esme could create a real firestorm by suing Elizabeth and bringing to public knowledge how she was involved in her captivity, even though she was helping.
The fact is, even though Elizabeth was helping Esme she was also covering up for Nikolas and that had made her an accessory. That’s the basis of her immunity agreement, so even if she can’t be prosecuted, she can be sued and lose her job!

yes but if esme sues Elizabeth her secret is out and Spencer still has the dirt on her to send her back to jail they said that if she gets her memory back they can re prosecute her for her crimes that be stupid on her part cuz she will go back to jail and lose ace
