General Hospital spoilers: The week of December 25, 2023 Brings News of a Top Doc
Last week we saw a new doctor in Port Charles, fertility specialist Dr. Belson, played by Samiramia Izadifar. She interacted with Molly Davis-Lansing (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
She put a damper on the couple’s wishes to become parents by telling them it would be months before they are back in the surrogacy game.
The couple had been hopeful when their first surrogate became pregnant, but sadly she miscarried. This sent Molly into a downward spiral in which she went behind TJ’s back to find another surrogate.
In the end they decided to take her sister Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) up on her offer to carry their child.
Then things got really interesting when it was decided that Kristina would donate her own egg to speed the process along. What could go wrong?

Alley Mills (Heather Webber) won this year’s Daytime Emmy for Guest Performer in a Drama Series playing the very complicated Heather Webber.
This week she is back onscreen interacting with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Last week Esme got her memory back and wants to talk about this startling development with her estranged mother on Friday, December 29.

The show announced it will pay tribute to the late actress Jacklyn Zeman with a two episode arc airing in January. Zeman portrayed nurse Bobbie Spencer, and the actress passed away in May after a short battle with cancer.
The show will pay tribute to the actress and her character with episodes featuring present day and past stars, and no doubt plenty of flashbacks. Among the alums who will be seen is Ryan Carnes, who played Bobbie’s son, Lucas Jones.
