General Hospital Spoilers: Does Elizabeth Know More About Nikolas Then She Admits-Providing Care?

General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) could know more about Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) than she admits. Is it possible that she could even secretly be providing care as he’s on life support, meaning she’s in correspondence with Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray)?

General Hospital Spoilers: Just Giving Up On A Years-Long Friendship?

It seems inconceivable that Elizabeth could just be giving up on Nikolas, a years-long friendship through thick and thin since they were teens. Elizabeth was getting ready to confess to her part in holding Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) hostage and giving her care when Nikolas “went missing”. She didn’t like it when he called her mother, Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) to make sure Esmé’s amnesia stayed permanent, and she did call him out.

But, that very next evening Esmé was broken out of Spring Ridge by her birth parents, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). Chaos ensued on Spoon Island, with Esmé giving birth, Ryan getting killed, and Mason witnessing a presumed dead Nikolas being stuffed in a tack closet.

GH Spoilers: Nikolas Cassadine’s Body Missing

Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) didn’t get a chance to dispose of Nikolas’ body after Austin saw Ava stuff him in the closet in the Cassadine stable. They were interrupted first by Felicia Scorpio, (Kristina Wagner) then Ryan, and later the PCPD did a sweep looking for the missing Nikolas after Elizabeth’s confession.

Ava and Austin were there when Detectives Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Bennett (Kendrick Cross) broke open the padlock to the tack closet, only to find Nikolas’ broken watch. It had stopped at the time Ava thought she’d killed him, and after they left with the watch she verified she couldn’t find a pulse in Nikolas. Later, Mason cornered them at the hospital and told them he’d seen everything when Ava stuffed Nikolas in the closet, and previously he’d been shown with Nikolas on life support.

General Hospital Spoilers: Sleeping Beauty Has Everything He Needs

Mason had called someone to let them know Nikolas had everything he needed there, calling him “Sleeping Beauty” and Nikolas was shown on life support. At GH, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) cornered Elizabeth, saying he had evidence proving she helped Nikolas care for a captive Esmé. He threatened to turn Elizabeth in if she didn’t tell him where Nikolas was, but she’d already gotten her immunity deal with the PCPD and gave Victor a warning.

She told him that soon all his “evidence” would be worthless in a very short time and he’d have no power over her, and wished him luck in finding Nikolas. Might Elizabeth know where he is with Mason, and be caring for him in secret like she did Esmé, and perhaps knew Mason from the hospital, or was she bluffing?

  1. […] Elizabeth has just confessed her crimes to Cam, and she is hopeful that he will be able to forgive her for what she has done in time. On some level, Cam feels like his mom contributed to his failed relationship with Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden Mcoy) — who isn’t going to be happy to hear what Cam has to say. Had Esme been locked up to pay for what she did to Joss and Cam, perhaps they would have been able to work through the aftereffects of that trauma together instead of growing apart. Now, they’ll never know. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) are going to have plenty to say about Elizabeth’s actions, too. […]
