Cody never bought into the rivalry to begin with over Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) she’s like his sister-has Spin finally realized he has Maxie’s best interests at heart?
General Hospital Spoilers: Damian Spinelli Was Jealous And Distrustful
Spinelli was jealous and distrustful of Cody, and didn’t want him around Maxie, their daughter Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) or Maxie’s other children.
But Spinelli had all the information on Cody when he first came to town and he was registered in Society Setups, and he bribed him. He wanted Spinelli to match him up with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) so he could scam her out of the Ice Princess.
But that’s all the better Spinelli ever got to know Cody-he doesn’t know the side of him that risked his life to rescue Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) from Ferncliff.
He also doesn’t know that Cody is Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) son-although neither does Mac, and that’s why Cody helps Maxie out so much while Mac is gone.
GH Spoilers: Damian Spinelli And Cody Bell Support The Family
Maxie’s got a lot going on with the changes at work with Deception Cosmetic’s new hierarchy and Georgie still dealing with the aftermath of Halloween.
Georgie was worried about Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) when she wandered away from their group and wound up with a gunshot wound and in the hospital.
It’s not like Georgie and Charlotte are besties, but it was still a pretty traumatic evening to say the least. All of Charlotte’s friends were upset but Georgie is sensitive and it was really rough on Jake Webber (Hudson West) and it was scary.
And then the move to the new house, while exciting, was still a major change that impacted both her and her siblings.
General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Jones And Her Family Need Her Team
With Mac in Argentina on business for so long and unsure when he’ll be home, Maxie and her family need her team and Cody and Spinelli will be that team.
They’ll be there for Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) should they need her as well, whether she asks them for help or not. They determine to pick up the slack if there is any slack to pick up whatever or whenever they’re needed.
This is how family is and how family should work, even though neither Cody nor Spinelli grew up that way-they know how it’s supposed to work. And they’re determined to be family and cooperate.
