Carly Corinthos’ Financial Devastation
GH spoilers reveal that Carly’s life has snowballed during the past several months. Just when Carly thought she had her husband back, the character discovered Nina’s Nixon Falls secret. Sonny failed to make things right and kept making the wrong moves. This led to Carly filing for divorce.
Then, Carly thought she was making a great business move by investing everything in Aurora. However, when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) killed the Aurora/ELQ merger, Carly lost it all. Carly thought she could get back her half of the Metro Court. Carly was wrong as there was a clause in the contract that waived the 30 days and now there is already a new owner.

Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) tried to make things right by offering to sell Crimson to Nina. However, she questioned his motivations. Nina won’t buy Crimson but will buy another local business. That business just happens to be Carly’s half of the Metro Court.
According to Wright’s interview with Soap Opera Digest, Nina pays an unexpected visit to Carly. Nina tells Carly that she bought the Metro Court and would like to offer the hotel back to her. Carly is furious and even though she wants the Metro Court back, she refuses to take anything from Nina.
Redemption Attempt Slammed
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Nina claims her offer is an act of redemption. Nina says that she wants to do this for Carly to get redemption for what happened with Sonny. Carly doesn’t believe this and still rejects the offer. Wright explained to the magazine that if Carly wouldn’t accept Sonny’s help, then she sure won’t take Nina’s offer.
“In Carly’s mind, Nina is doing this so that she’ll look good, and Carly is like, ‘I will never take anything from you. Ever!’”
