But let’s focus on Ava; lately, she’s been up to something mysterious, even more so than her usual shady behavior-constantly hovering around Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), micromanaging his every move.
Unfortunately, this caused a major rift between her and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), leading to the downfall of their friendship; but that’s not all.
Ava stumbled upon some shocking information about Sonny’s medication being tampered with, yet she hasn’t shared it with him. What could be driving her actions, what secrets lie beneath her enigmatic behavior, and most importantly, what might it have to do with her visit to Nikolas?
GH Spoilers: Confiding And Confessing To An Ex She Didn’t Trust?
Ava has reached a point where she can no longer keep her secrets to herself; surprisingly, the person she chooses to confide in is Nikolas, the same Nikolas she didn’t trust! It’s quite a twist, considering that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has just revealed that Nikolas is about to be transferred to a prison in another state.
Ava must have thought that this is the ideal moment to pour her heart out to someone, especially since Nikolas won’t be around for a while. Now the question remains, what exactly does Ava have to confess, and why’s she confessing it to Nikolas?
General Hospital Spoilers: Cassadine Connections
Nikolas will be concerned, and possibly a little jealous as well, since he wants to know if Ava and Sonny are romantically involved. But there are other Cassadine connections to consider-and that appears to tie into Sonny’s problems and maybe Ava’s confessions.
Might Ava be suspicious that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is behind Sonny’s tampered-with meds, and worry she’s being framed-after all, she knows that Nina and Valentin are still close.
There’s still the question of who exactly bought Spoon Island and Wyndemere and wants to turn it into a bunch of condos-it’s under a shell company. That might be a worry she shares with Nikolas, even though he did sign it over to her!
GH Spoilers: Common Denominators, Everything’s Tied Together
Ava and likely Nikolas aren’t the only ones suspicious of Valentin-Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is too. Well, she has to know or at least suspect he’s more involved in Pikeman than he lets on, and she needs answers.
She turns to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) because he was undercover in the evil organization for quite a while and Jason is also going on the offense in another way.
He thinks confronting John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) is a good idea. It’s been a minute since these two connected, what does Jason want from Jagger-might Ava talk about Jason and the FBI to Nikolas too?
General Hospital Spoilers: A Vicious Circle With Sonny, Ava, Jason, Nina, And Valentin Involved?
Ava may think she’s run out of people to confide in when she needs so desperately to get all this off her chest, so she runs to Nikolas. Is there a vicious circle she’s in the middle of, with Sonny, Jason, Nina, and Valentin involved?
There’s side situations she’s aware of, before their falling out-Nina giving up the Metro Court half and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) giving a job offer to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
There are still unanswered questions as to who killed Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and if that was part of the Pikeman conspiracy as well. Nikolas is only in prison for his keeping his younger son’s birth mother, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) hostage during her pregnancy!
