General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Stella Pushes Jordan To Fight For Her Marriage!
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) can’t seem to stop interfering with her nephew Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) love life. Both before and during Curtis’ marriage to Jordan Ashford (Brianna Nicole Henry), Stella made it clear that she didn’t approve and took every opportunity she could find to speak poorly of Jordan.
Things eventually changed, and Stella seemed to finally accept Jordan into their family. Unfortunately, Curtis and Jordan’s marriage had other issues, mostly due to the fact that Jordan’s job as Police Commissioner caused her to have to withhold information from her husband. Realizing that secrets were a part of Jordan’s job, Curtis decided that isn’t what he wanted from a marriage and eventually the two agreed to divorce.
General Hospital Spoilers – Enter Dr. Portia Robinson!
Even as Curtis took steps to end his marriage, he found himself getting close to another old flame, Dr. Portia Robinson (Brooke Kerr). Believing that things were starting to get romantic between them, Portia attempted to kiss Curtis. Surprised, Curtis backed away and Portia took that to mean he wasn’t interested and ran away.
Immediately after, she was taken hostage by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Meanwhile, after a talk with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), Curtis realized he needed to tell Portia that he was just surprised by the kiss but he was interested in seeing what comes next for them. But that would have to wait until Cyrus was apprehended. Laura agreed to switch places with Portia and her daughter Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) and Curtis was shot while attempting to rescue her.
GH Spoilers – Stella Henry has changed her opinion about Jordan Ashford!
Hearing that Curtis had been shot, Stella returned to Port Charles and noticed that Portia seemed to be more than just a friend for Curtis. She told Portia in no uncertain terms that Curtis would only be a rebound relationship and she would move on.
She also encouraged Jordan to fight for her marriage, and even insinuated that she should put off signing the divorce papers as long as possible. It seems as though Stella has decided that Jordan, despite her lies, is the person Curtis should be with. And Stella will do her best to convince Jordan to play dirty if she has to in order to save her marriage.
