General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that an aggressive Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will again confront Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) about the death of his son Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!

General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Is The Main And Only Suspect In Franco Baldwin’s Murder

General Hospital viewers will recall that Jason was the main suspect in Franco’s murder after Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) came across him kneeling over Franco at his art studio, Franco lying on the floor in a pool of blood from a gunshot wound. The gunshot appeared to have gone into Franco’s heart and he had already lost a good bit of blood and was not able to get the name “Peter August” (Wes Ramsey) out when he regained consciousness for seconds to say goodbye to Elizabeth and to tell her to tell the boys he loved them.

Things would have been so much simpler if he had! Elizabeth had known that Franco had asked Jason to kill him if he became violent because of the recurring brain tumor, but Jason never really told him yes. Jason knew Franco had changed or he never would have allowed his son with Elizabeth, Jake Webber (Hudson West) to live with Franco and Elizabeth. Jason was already the main suspect but now he is the only suspect after Peter teamed up with Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) who manufactured an eye witness and planted the gun that Peter used to kill Franco for the police to find in a garbage chute. Jason is never that sloppy and the police didn’t even check to see if it was his, although Peter probably didn’t register the gun either.

General Hospital Spoilers – Someone Is To Blame And Scott Baldwin Confronts Jason Morgan

At this point, Jason is likely still behind bars as he has been denied bail and his arraignment hearing is still ahead for him. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has been doing everything she can on the outside to free Jason, but so far nothing has worked. She even harassed Elizabeth in her home! Laura Collins (Genie Francis) had to hold her ex-husband and first boyfriend from rushing Jason when he was jailed and possibly causing himself an assault charge! Now Scott is probably in the Port Charles Police Department and at the jail on other business and Jason might just be lucky he is behind bars!

General Hospital viewers will recall when Scott tried to defend Liesl Obrecht’s (Kathleen Gati) honor in Geneva, Switzerland! One right hook and Dr. Warren Kirk (Jameson Jones) was dead, although he did encounter a sharp cornered table on his way down! Still, Scotty packs quite a punch! Scott probably is not talking to Jason in a visitation room, but in his cell. Scott will just vent more of the same, but he will likely also know of the “new evidence” against Jason because Elizabeth has probably told him!

It is pretty much guaranteed that Scott will deliver some of his best and most sarcastic snark as he confronts Jason, who can do nothing but glower at him from behind the bars and not respond. Scott will probably remind him that there isn’t much to keep Jason from suffering either the death penalty or life behind bars and that he will personally do everything he can to make sure justice finally catches up with Jason! On that, Scott and his step grandson Cameron Webber (William Lipton) wholeheartedly agree!
