General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) will need to move on. Phyllis has lost the love of her life Lenny Caulfield (Rif Hutton) to cancer. Phyllis had hoped that Lenny could get treatment that would save his life. Phyllis has helped Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) when he needed help.
Sonny has amnesia and has been living in Nixon Falls, Pennsylvania. Phyllis and Lenny gave Sonny a job working at their family business The Tan-O. The only one from Sonny’s past life that knows that he is alive is Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). Sonny and Nina care about Phyllis and will want her to find a way to go on without Lenny. Phyllis could find a new future for herself in Port Charles.
General Hospital Spoilers: Phyllis Gets a Job at General Hospital
Phyllis is a compassionate nurse. She took care of Nina when she was in a coma. Nina has been grateful to Phyllis for taking care of her. Nina could encourage Phyllis to come back to Port Charles. Phyllis could find work at General Hospital. Dr. Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) could hire her.
Phyllis would get along with Co-Chief of Staff Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Co-Chief of Staff Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James). Phyllis would be working with nurse Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is beginning her career as a nurse and Phyllis could help to mentor her.

Phyllis could find new relationships in Port Charles. Phyllis could help Stella Henry (Vernee Watson). Stella suffered a stroke and may need more care. Phyllis and Stella could become good friends. Phyllis will need time to mourn for Lenny. However, Phyllis could find another love in Port Charles.
Phyllis may find that she could have a relationship with Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison). Gregory and his wife Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) have been having trouble with their relationship. Phyllis could be good for Gregory if he does not get back with Jackie. Phyllis could find love with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight). Martin was the lawyer for Nina’s daughter Nell Benson (Chloe Lanier). Nina may believe that Martin could be a good match for Phyllis in the future.

General Hospital Phyllis is going to need to say goodbye to Lenny. She may decide after a while to sell The Tan-O. Nina has been concerned about Sonny getting his memories back. Can Nina and Sonny convince Phyllis to let go of her past to find a new future in Port Charles?

So that must mean these writers are going to let this sickening nina garbage just fade away like nothing happened! Glad I stopped watching ??
I do feel that Phyllis would be a great addition to the GH nursing staff. But why in the world would the writers be talking about a romantic relationship with any cast member at this time, as she has not even moved to PC or pursued a job at GH – a little rushed in my opinion. Have that Phyllis would end up in PC from day one, but did feel that Lenny would be part of the package. Sorry to see Lenny removed from canvas before the two could explore a life in PC.
[…] Phyllis has mentioned in the past that she has a sister out there who she hasn’t spoken to in years. What if that sister is already living in Port Charles. That would give her a reason to stay in town other than Nina or Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard). Sonny will be grateful to Phyllis for everything she has done for him. So he will certainly help her get acclimated to the town. But Sonny isn’t the “Mike” that Phyllis has known, so she may not want to associate with a known mobster. There seems to be a couple possibilities here. […]
