General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Michael Shares Willow’s Cancer Diagnosis, But With Who?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) hasn’t told Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) how much it’s bothering him that they can’t discuss her diagnosis with anyone else. Yes, she knows he thinks it’s best if they share the truth, but she doesn’t know that it’s impacting him on such a deep level not to have anyone to talk to about it besides her. Michael cannot confide all of his concerns in Willow — not when they’re about Willow. Limiting his ability to be open with his family is forcing him to have to eat his feelings about possibly losing Willow and his future son or daughter. Eventually, the levy holding Michael’s feelings in is going to break, and he’s going to confess the truth and how he feels about it to someone close to him. Who will it be?

It’s possible that Michael is going to feel so distressed soon by Willow’s deteriorating health that he spills the beans to one of the last people he ever intended to share the truth with. Will it be Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) — who is really Willow’s birth mother? Probably not, because Nina would be inclined to try to help and the latest exchange between her and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) had Nina finally agreeing to back away from Willow, acknowledging she knows she stresses her out. Michael could tell Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) what’s really going on the next time he lays into him for being such a disappointment as a family man, but that’s also unlikely given that Sonny is now linked to Nina and might tell her the truth.

General Hospital Updates – Drew Cain Could Lend Michael Corinthos An Ear

It’s far more probable that Michael is going to be in need of someone to lean on, and he just might find that person in his mom’s new boyfriend, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Of course, Drew is also an uncle to Michael — so being family will help him feel safer telling him the truth, and he knows Drew is committed to helping Willow find her birth parents as quickly as he possibly can. If Michael tells Drew the truth though, he would put him in a precarious position where he might have to withhold the truth from Carly. He may not want to put Drew in that tough spot. Nevertheless, Michael recently made a comment to Drew about never knowing how much time we have left with the people we love, and Drew could sense something was upsetting to Michael. Still, he covered it up and pretended to be talking about his father.

Carly Spencer Is The Most Likely Recipient Of This News

It’s most likely that Michael is going to come clean with Carly about Willow’s cancer diagnosis. He knows he can trust her without a doubt, and he is certain she won’t tell anyone if he doesn’t want her to — not even Drew.

Furthermore, Carly is shady enough to be comfortable with pretending she doesn’t know when she’s around Willow, too. Michael needs someone he can talk to about how scared he is that he might lose Willow and the baby, and Carly knows a thing or two about both of those losses due to Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).
