General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) could be in danger. Maxie has returned to Port Charles after leaving to go visit family in Texas. Maxie needed to put some distance between her and her daughter Louise August (Harper and Scarlett Bloom). Maxie felt that she needed to give Louise to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) because she was concerned about Louise’s father Peter August (Wes Ramsey) being in her life. Maxie could not handle the pain of not being able to be with her daughter.

Jason and Carly are getting married in order to show the five mafia families in Port Charles that they can take over Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) mafia organization together. Vincent Novak (Glenn Taranto) has believed that Jason and Carly are not a united front. Novak does not want to see Jason and Carly succeed because he wants to take over Sonny’s organization.
