General Hospital alum Emme Rylan (Lulu Falconceri) may no longer be on the canvas, but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t been keeping busy! The blonde beauty has been taking care of her family full-time and also taking care of health with some major workouts! The actress recently shared a photo of her very toned abs on her Instagram account. Here’s what you need to know.

With her hair in a tight bun, no make up on and her top rolled up to show off her abs, Emme captioned her pic with, “Sorry for the post workout bathroom selfie but I have to give props to Tracy! @tracyandersonmethod is getting me in the best shape of my life! I feel so STRONG actually I feel the BEST I have felt in 2 years! It’s transforming me inside and out! Get that fitness on!!”
Of course, it didn’t take very long for her fans and followers to comment on her photo. Many of them wrote, “You look awesome and healthy! I hope you get back to work soon because you are a great actor as well!! Miss seeing you on my tv!!” along with, “Thank you for posting the “red” face after workout look. I get it too and when I return home everyone looks at like somethings wrong….mamas working out and working hard- it’s normal.
General Hospital Spoilers: What’s Next For Emme?
Meanwhile, a lot of fans can’t help but wonder what’s in store for Emme’s future. Now, whether or not Emme Rylan does return to daytime television remains to be seen but for now it doesn’t look like she has any plans to return to General Hospital in the near future. Instead, she’s been focusing on her personal and her family life. Plus, she Emme is no longer living close to the General Hospital studios in Los Angeles, as she and her family moved late last year.
Late last year she even wrote on Instagram, “I am not in a position to be able to comment on the work stuff, so in terms of GENERAL HOSPITAL, I am going to keep that topic quiet. All you need to know is that I love everyone there, we all love each other, I’m okay, and all of your messages of love are amazing — I love you guys so much — but I just can’t talk about it.”
