General Hospital Spoilers: Will Sasha Gilmore Get Her “Happily Ever After”?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers state that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) deserves some happiness and fans would agree. She’s been through heck and back, from losing her newborn baby Liam Corbin to then losing her husband Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) not to mention her drug addiction and all that Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) and Dr. Damon Montague/Dr. Monty (Darin Toonder) have done to her recently.
But are viewers seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, or will she suffer with more turmoil around the corner?
GH Spoilers: Sasha Gilmore Is Free Of Ferncliff, For Now
GH spoilers suggest that Sasha will battle a detox of the drugs forced upon her during her stint at Ferncliff, in the week ahead. Thanks to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), with a lot of help from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) she’s struggling in a cabin in the middle of nowhere, but at least she is far away from Dr. Monty and Gladys.
The plan Cody and Sam put forth seems to be going well, all considered; however, could a slip-up place a wrench into everything
GH Spoilers: The Gladys Corbin Factor
Gladys continues to manipulate the situation and who could blame her? If the “truth” comes out, she stands to lose everything. Right now, Sasha is in a safe place, detoxing, and as challenging as it is, it’s much better than being at Ferncliff.
It’s hard to imagine how Gladys could end up ruining things for Sasha, but she’s the type of person that ends up in the “right place at the right time”. If she were to discover where Sasha is being kept, Ms. Gilmore could be dragged back to Ferncliff, with Cody heading straight to jail.
Still, fans have been very vocal about this storyline, on social media, so hopefully, Executive Producer Frank Valentini has been listening.
As much as this arc has gotten a ton of buzz, it’s been difficult to watch, especially for viewers who have dealt with mental health issues or watch family/friends/loved ones deal with this.
Taking a cue from the audience and wrapping this all up, while also setting Sasha and Cody up for romance, is probably the best thing to do.
