General Hospital Spoilers: We Lose Jason, and Marco Loses Lucas in Major Revenge Plot Against Sonny?
General Hospital spoilers leak Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is rumored to be sticking around only until the end of March. Then, Burton will be on vacation from GH for three long months.
As for Jason, he’s going to be tucked away under lock and key somewhere — and not by choice. Yes, Jason is going to be kidnapped, and while recent rumors floated the idea that it won’t be Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) or WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) who captures him, that doesn’t mean they aren’t connected by proxy.
My theory? I think it’s possible that Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) might be the one who breaks down — or perhaps, has a breakdown — and goes after Jason. Why? Well, he’s Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) right-hand man. Need I say more?
Desperate Times Call for Desperate Measures
Jason has been bent on helping Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) ever since he found out the kind of pressure Sidwell and his cronies are putting on her in exchange for the miracle medication they’ve given her that has halted all of her symptoms of Huntington’s Disease.
The closer that Britt inches to completing their final project for them, the closer she gets to running the risk that her supply of this drug will soon run out.
Jason isn’t going to stand for that, and I foresee him trying to break into Wyndemere and track down those drugs if it’s the last thing he does.
GH Spoilers Report Lucas Goes Out on a Limb
Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) is also determined to race against the clock to help Britt secure access to those meds.
There’s just one problem. Lucas thinks this situation is dire because Sidwell presents a certain threat to everyone’s safety. Little does he know, Marco is intent on exacting revenge on Sonny. If capturing Jason is the only way to get Sonny to give himself up, so be it.
Will Lucas fault him for going after his family, regardless of how he feels about his sister’s ex?
Marco’s Fatal Flaw
In the end, something tells me Marco isn’t going to get away with any of this. Of course, his father might cover his tracks as best he can because nothing matters more to him than protecting Marco’s interests.
At the same time, they haven’t exactly seen eye to eye when it comes to Sonny. Could that be because Sidwell knows he can’t retaliate against Sonny for Ntalia Ramirez’s (Eva LaRue) death because he knows he isn’t responsible — despite what he’s allowed Marco to believe? Judging how things usually pan out when someone crosses Jason, it’s unlikely that he’s going to have mercy on Marco when he comes back — and we already know he comes back. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this shakes out.
