General Hospital Spoilers: Valentin And Dante Clash-Charlotte’s Too Young To Date?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) may soon clash. Valentin might see Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) with Jake Spencer (Hudson West) and say Charlotte’s too young to date!
General Hospital Spoilers: Jake Spencer And Charlotte Cassadine Childhood Romance?
Jake and Charlotte certainly must have known each other or of each other in school, since she was in third grade with his brother Aiden Spencer (Enzo DeAngelis). Charlotte and Aiden clashed back then, Charlotte being rather much of an entitled brat-maybe it runs in the Cassadine family. After all, remember what an entitled brat Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) used to be when he was a child!
Valentin doesn’t dislike Jake-he saved his life during a Nurses’ Ball when he saw Jake, Charlotte and Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Selzer) doing a magic act with the Chimera. It’s just that Jake is a couple years older and Valentin disagrees that Charlotte is old enough for boys in her life!
GH Spoilers: What Does Sam McCall Think?
Valentin doesn’t actually care what his half-niece Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) thinks, but thinks that maybe their Cassadine connection might help in this matter. Sam has a daughter, does she think Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) would be old enough to date at only fourteen, especially an older boy?
Sam wisely chooses to not get in between Valentin and Dante on this issue, she doesn’t want to turn it into a family feud! She can’t presume to speak for what Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) would think, although she does note Lulu could disagree with Valentin’s opinions if she was awake. Should she ever wake up from her coma, Valentin and Lulu could disagree on a lot of parenting things regarding Charlotte, it’s just a reality he’ll have to face.
General Hospital Spoilers: Chaperone Necessary?
While Dante thinks Valentin is being ridiculous-partly because he was Charlotte’s stepfather when he and Lulu were married-part of it’s because Dante doesn’t like Valentin. Sam is able to insert a female view into the intense discussion, remembering when she was a teenager-although her life wasn’t exactly normal. Sam does think that if Valentin insists on a chaperone when Charlotte and Jake are together, Charlotte wouldn’t like it and wouldn’t react well.
Even detective Dante wouldn’t surveil Charlotte with a boy if he were her real father, and he thinks Charlotte has a good head on her shoulders. She hasn’t snuck out to see Jake or anything like that, he and Sam have always known where she was-Valentin’s a paranoid papa!
