General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, November 20-Thursday, November 23 tease Thanksgiving surprises, and Thanksgiving shocks; we should mention Friday, November 24 is preempted for sports.
The Quartermaine family and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) get surprises, while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) shocks Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez).
General Hospital Spoilers: Thanksgiving Toasts At The Davis House
At Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) house, there are Thanksgiving toasts with all three Davis girls present, although one’s missing her husband.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is probably working on Anna’s case, as he gets a new lead, however, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is there.
Also seen toasting are Jordan Ashford, (Tanisha Harper) Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and TJ Ashford, (Tajh Bellow) with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos).
They all toast, Alexis with a glass of water, their thankfulness their family is together and getting along in spite of TJ and Molly’s recent tragedy. They all know things could always be worse!
GH Spoilers: Thanksgiving Surprise-A Turkey?
At the Quartermaine house, Thanksgiving is always a question of whether they’ll be a turkey, or Thanksgiving will be a turkey! Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) is telling Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) they are doing Thanksgiving, and it’s going to be full of surprises.
Just then, the biggest surprise comes through the door-it’s Lois’ mom, Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) with Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) carrying her bags.
Lois and Olivia squeal in delight, it’s been years since Olivia has seen Gloria. Gloria plans to help with the turkey-which if there actually does turn out to be turkey instead of pizza, that’s breaking an accidental twenty-seven year pizza tradition.
General Hospital Spoilers: Charlotte Cassadine’s Shocked
Charlotte looks a cross between offended and shocked as Valentin gently confronts her over her behavior, a concerned grandma Laura Collins (Genie Francis) looking on.
Valentin tells Charlotte that he knows what she’s been up to-namely, that she’s been stalking and terrorizing Anna.
For all her young life, Charlotte has been used to her father spoiling her and believing every word she says, so it’s been easy for her to fool him.
Valentin is finally stepping up and being a real father instead of being an enabler. That has needed to happen even if Charlotte hadn’t been weaponized against Anna by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy).
GH Spoilers: Anna Devane’s Thanksgiving Surprise
Elsewhere, Anna walks through a door and gasps, saying “My God—what”? but this time it’s a surprise, not a shock like it was on Halloween night when she shot Charlotte.
Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) is giving her a surprise, one that will be a very pleasant one-perhaps family members she hasn’t seen in a long time. Or, it could be something else, but it’s something he knows she’s desperately needed.
Either way, Anna will have a good Thanksgiving and Robert’s making sure of it.

I totally agree with you about Anna !! My only complaint about Anna is she’s Always crying, no matter what the scene is somehow she ends up crying!! Just for the hell of it watch and you’ll see what I mean!! Yes, little Charlotte needs a Severe Punishment over this!! I must say in the Acting Department I give her an A+, and she needs some serious help for what her Grandfather put her through!! Let’s hope Charlotte ends up with a Teenage Storyline that these writers should be doing don’t you think??
