General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that as Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) get closer, a wedding could be in their future on GH!
General Hospital Spoilers – Some Of Sonny Corinthos’ Family Has Locked Him Out
Some of Sonny’s family has locked him out, namely his adopted son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Michael isn’t letting Sonny have visitation with Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) either, simply because he’s involved himself with Nina! That seems a little unfair; and Sonny isn’t getting very much time with Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) and Donna Corinthos (Arya and Ayla Dormiani) either.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) has been very involved in keeping Nina away from Wiley, so she hasn’t really given co-parenting the littles with Sonny much thought recently at all. It’s understandable that Sonny would bond closer to Nina even though Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) hasn’t thrown him either under the bus or the roof of Pentonville – yet!
GH Spoilers – Nina Reeves Cares For Sonny Corinthos And Wants To Keep Him Straight
Nina thinks in Sonny’s best interests – she’d prefer to keep him straight, both with “the business” and with his meds! It was Nina who was after Sonny to get back on his lithium and also to keep off the booze so much when he was going through that rough time!
Nina prefers that Sonny keeps a little more Mike in him than the old mob boss Sonny, but she may not be able to control that. Sonny would probably just try to keep that part of his life from her and protect her from “the business” as he used to do Carly back in the day. But Carly’s made of a lot tougher stuff than Nina – although Nina can have her moments, like when she stabbed Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck) with her own syringe!
General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos Will Be On Nina Reeves’ Side
GH spoilers tease that Sonny will side with Nina during her court battle for her legal grandmotherly rights regarding visitation of Wiley! That court date is rapidly approaching, even though Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) are facing some challenges themselves, with the serious condition Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) is in. Willow will be faced with some hard truths, and there will be more hard decisions if Carly reveals Nina is her real mother, having to deal with that fact herself!
This inter-tangled situation could affect Sonny and Nina’s plans with each other too, possibly pushing them to pursue a wedding! Sonny is Wiley’s grandfather through his legal adoption of Michael, and Nina is Wiley’s through her other twin Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier)!
GH Spoilers – It Would Be Difficult To Deny Grandparents Visitation When They’re Married
It would be difficult for a court to deny two grandparents their visitation rights when the paternal grandfather marries the maternal grandmother! Willow will be a mixed bag of emotions when her maternity truth comes out, since Wiley will be both her nephew and her adopted son!
Carly and Michael will both have some adjustments to make to their “apple doesn’t fall far from the tree” attitudes, because Willow couldn’t be more different from Nelle! She’s not a whole lot different from Nina if only they could see past their judgmental attitudes to her kind heart!
