General Hospital spoilers, news, and updates tease that James Patrick Stuart will soon return to the daytime drama as Valentin Cassadine. It was recently revealed that he landed a new gig at an upcoming Disney Channel series, which was the reason for his absence from the soap.
James Patrick Stuart Teases New Disney Show
In a recent social media post, the actor unveiled the reason keeping him away from General Hospital. He tweeted the trailer of his new Disney show titled, Villains of Valley View.
The Disney series is scheduled to air on June 3. It follows the story of a family of supervillains who is trying to live a normal life. However, they are forced to live in hiding after getting in trouble with other villains.
Stuart takes on the role OF Vic/Kraniac, the patriarch of the family of supervillains. Other cast members include Isabella Pappas, Kayden Muller-Janssen, Lucy Davis, Malachi Barton, Reed Horstmann, and Patricia Belcher.
General Hospital Spoilers: Tension Between Maxie and Austin
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will spend some time together. But when the latter drops her off, he’ll sense that Maxie no longer wants to go out with him.
He may tell Maxie that she just needs to be honest with him if she doesn’t want to hang out with him anymore. What Austin doesn’t know is that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) made Maxie believe that he’s threatened with all the money she’s earning at Deception. That’s one of the reasons behind the tension between them when they’re together.
Sonny and Damian Shares Heartfelt Scene
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will come across Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). The pair will share a heartfelt scene as they both recall Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Elsewhere, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will threaten Sonny. It may have something to do with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver). As for Nina, she’ll start flirting with Sonny and they’ll continue growing closer.
Will Spencer Discover Esme’s Bio Dad?
As for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), he may discover that Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) father is Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). He may start connecting the dots when he finds an old letter for Esme, which talks about Esme visiting his father in New York. Will Esme’s secret be revealed?
