General Hospital spoilers for Monday, January 9-Friday, January 20 tease revelations, confrontations, and explanations will happen all over Port Charles. A leukemia revelation will lead to a confrontation for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) by Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will demand explanations from Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)!
General Hospital Spoilers: Aftermath
During the week of January 9, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will deal with the aftermath of Esmé Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) escape. She appears to have amnesia caused by her desperate escape from the North Tower of Wyndemere where Nikolas held her for several months. While Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will be impressed by her loyalty to Nikolas, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) isn’t so happy with him.
It was a real shocker to everyone when a shivering, hypothermic Esmé showed up seven months pregnant on The Haunted Star after her escape. It was even more of a shocker when it was revealed the baby was fathered by Nikolas.
GH Spoilers: Revelation, Confrontation
After Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) shocking death, thanks to the Hook, who at least this time was Heather Webber (Alley Mills) revelations begin to unfold. Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) medical file is discovered in the box of Britt’s things that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) packed up from her office and Nina took home. Nina and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) discover Willow has leukemia, which will prompt Nina to confront Michael over why Willow waited so long to start treatment. As Willow and Michael find out from Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) a bone marrow donor match was discovered, this will lead to other discoveries.
General Hospital Spoilers: Explanations Demanded
As Carly, who has been keeping her knowledge of Nina being Willow’s birth mother secret continues doing so, the truth will come out. Drew will demand explanations from Carly as to why she lied about Nina and Willow’s DNA match back several months ago after Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) died. A condition of his helping her get Willow’s toothbrush for her DNA was that Carly was honest about the results, although she told him Harmony told her Willow is Nina’s daughter.
This revelation will play out during the two week period of January 9-January 20, with Nina and Willow being shocked over the reveal. Nina will likely step up to donate bone marrow to save Willow’s life.
GH Spoilers: Corbin Connections
Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) will ask for Sonny’s help as she’s gotten herself into a gambling pickle owing Selina Wu (Lydia Look) a bunch of money. Meanwhile, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will make a new connection when she gets acquainted with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). Cody will also create a distraction which may have something to do with the poker game. Later, during the week of January 16 Sasha and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will head over to General Hospital, likely in support of Michael and Willow. Before that, Chase will be reminded during the week of January 9 of a bittersweet time when he and Willow were still together.
General Hospital Spoilers: Diane Miller’s Back In Business
During the week of January 9, Attorney Diane Miller’s (Carolyn Hennesy) is fully recovered from her tangle with the Hook and back in business at the PCPD. She’ll work her magic to get someone out of a jam, which could be Sonny thanks to Michael and Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) machinations. It’s also possible that she might be involved in the ongoing investigation of the Hook’s latest kill, after Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) conduct a search.
Sonny may have requested Diane’s help in Gladys’ situation as well, so that could be what’s happening. But it sounds like whatever the reason, Diane’s called in to handle a crisis.
GH Spoilers: Spencer Cassadine’s Involved In Several Situations
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is also involved in several situations during the two week period of January 9-January 20. He’ll meet with Diane on January 16 and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) on January 13. Alexis and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will put their heads together and that could be to help Spencer. He, along with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will continue to be involved in the Esmé situation as well as the ongoing Hook investigation. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will be alarmed by the news her daughter shares with her.
General Hospital Spoilers: Heather Webber Suspected
Heather will stir up suspicions during the week of January 16, so it’s possible that Dante and Jordan found something on the hook she left behind to tie her to the attacks. It’s also possible that when Dex shot her in the wrist she dropped some blood on the docks, leaving a trail that ties her to the attacks on Britt and Joss. Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) wasn’t real pleased when she came to him and told him what she did, possibly as a copycat, to draw the heat away from Esmé.
But she won’t take him up on his suggestion of confessing to the crimes either. Who knows, maybe she dropped another of his souvenirs from the chain she wears down on the docks.
GH Spoilers: Bombshells Explode
Bombshells will continue to explode around the revelations of Willow’s parentage and Nikolas’ new fatherhood. Plus, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will thwart one of Victor’s plots, while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) clears the air with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). Cameron Webber (William Lipton) gets an unpleasant surprise, while his mother and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) have a talk with his daughter Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).
With the Ashfords, Portia and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will make a request of Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) and he’ll open up to Curtis. Finally, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) and Liesl will hear some big news, likely related to Britt’s untimely death.
