ABC General Hospital spoilers tease that there are plenty of spoilers to feast on for the next two weeks of your favorite daytime drama. Keep in mind that GH is preempted this week on Tuesday, September 29, Wednesday, September 30, and Thursday, October 1 for broadcasts of Major League Baseball. There is a possibility that it may also be preempted on Friday, October 2.

General Hospital spoilers – Spoilers for September 28 to October 2, 2020
On Monday, September 28, the teens get ready for Homecoming. A couple of bad guys are in action as Julian Jerome (William deVry) receives a tempting offer and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) gets into it with someone. At the same time, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) flirt with danger as they drown their sorrows.

On Friday a cliffhanger awaits as a vulnerable Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets news about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and the teens have a party before traipsing off to the big Homecoming dance.
Also, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are rumored to have a bonding moment—could this be about the half heart necklace?

On Tuesday Alexis is full of regret—did she fall off the wagon or sleep with Ned or both?! Lulu Spencer begins her work exposing Cyrus which will include working with former Port Chuck resident and journalist Jackie Templeton, played by Kim Delaney.
On Wednesday a couple of hottie brothers meet up to discuss their lives when Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) talk. Stone Cold warns Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddie) to keep calm and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) spills a secret to Valentin.
On Thursday Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) has a chance to think about what he’s been through, and Sonny is stunned to see a blast from the past. Two unlikely ladies have a warm and fuzzy moment when Ava Jerome (Maura West) kills Carly with kindness.
On Friday get ready for some cliff-hanging drama when one of the teens confronts disappointment and Lulu invites her current man to move in with her, unaware that her ex is coming back to town. Why is Ned nervous and what huge demand does Cyrus make next from Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry)?
