General Hospital spoilers show that star Laura Wright (Carly Corinthos) likes to keep her fans up to date on what her amazing and talented son and daughter are up to and she just posted some great news about Lauren Wright.
Lauren attends Cal Poly and is a journalism major. According to her mom, Lauren just had her first news story published on the school’s Mustang News website. She wrote the article, Changed Class Times and Canceled Courses: Registration Creates Problems for Students and Faculty, along with Jazmyn Gray.

Laura tweeted: “My daughters first news story published!!! Super proud mom !!!!” The article is about the complications students have had registering for classes.
One fan tweeted, “Wow wtg Lauren what a great article. I cant believe that girl has waited 3 years to get into that Spanish course and then it got dropped. The school needs to do something to make it right but it was very well written.”
Another fan wrote, “Congratulations! I’m a teacher in NJ( I’ve been watching you arrive Loving and adore you.) This stuff is just crazy crazy crazy. Education is upside down and there seems to be no end in sight. Terrific article and on point. Kiddos to your young writer.”

Carly has been through the wringer and back and now is in the middle of a tragic story in which her husband Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is presumed dead. He isn’t really, he just has amnesia and is staying in a bar with strangers after foiling a robbery attempt!
