General Hospital Spoilers: Laura is Furious With Scott — How Could He Get Cyrus Out of Prison?

General Hospital spoilers squeal Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is back in Port Charles and she’s none too happy with her good friend Scott Baldwin (Kim Shriner).

It seems while Laura was away chasing for anh shred of evidence that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) was alive, Scott was back home piecing together cooked evidence that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is a changed man since finding the Lord.

Laura has never truly bought Cyrus’ religious act, but she still treats him with respect, though it’s sometimes laced with contempt and disappointment.

But she was stunned to come home and find out he was going to be reviewed for early release. Learning later that it was Scott who helped him do it will leave her floored.

General Hospital Spoilers — The Mayor’s Work is Never Done

Laura is probably as busy as a woman can be. Juggling all of these spinning plates is exhausting. The last thing she needed was her dangerous and unstable brother back out on the streets terrorizing the people she loves.

She keeps waiting for the other shoe to drop with Cyrus, and that wait is almost worse than when it actually hits the floor. Cyrus is going to keep her busy second-guessing his intentions, whereabouts, and motivations.

GH Spoilers Hint Scott Gets an Earful

Scott may or may not have thought about the angel Laura perched on his shoulder telling him to run in the other direction when Cyrus requested his services.

But as Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) said this week when he saw Scott speaking with Cyrus, the guy has no conscience. Will he offer up any apologies or worthwhile explanations —- short of wanting a hefty paycheck that Cyrus somehow paid — or will Laura be left to shrug it off as Scott being Scott?

General Hospital Spoilers — Cyrus Isn’t Done Yet

Cyrus may have secured himself an exit from Pentonville on the heels of his heart attack, but that doesn’t mean he’ll be waltzing his way into his sister’s heart. At least, not without Scotty’s help.

The gossip mill is churning and it sounds like the next go round with Cyrus will have Scott knee deep in convincing Laura that her brother is a changed man worthy of letting back into her life.
