General Hospital Spoilers: Kristina Leverages Molly And TJ’s Breakup-Uses Split To Keep Baby?
General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) could leverage Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) breakup.
It looks like trouble’s brewing in Molly and TJ’s relationship and it centers over Kristina’s surrogacy, although they have merely failed to communicate about it properly.
General Hospital Spoilers: A Talk With Grandpa
TJ recently had a talk with his grandfather Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) about his communication problems with Molly. Specifically, he talked about how he went along with the surrogacy decision, which was basically made between Molly and Kristina with no input from him.
It was almost like it was a done deal by the time Kristina made her suggestion, after their first surrogate lost their baby, but he felt pressured to agree.
He and Molly were both heartbroken when their first surrogate lost the first embryo, and Kristina offered not only to donate an egg but carry the baby.
There were many issues of illegality concerning such a situation in the state of New York according to Molly and Kristina’s mom, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).
GH Spoilers: Avoiding The Subject
Marshall was surprised when TJ admitted that he and Molly had been avoiding the subject of the surrogacy, looking for ways to avoid difficult conversations.
It’s too late to undo his not well-thought out decision now, but it’s definitely a dilemma that’s not going away. Holding things that emotional inside and not talking about them, tending to dance around them and bottle them up will at some point lead to an explosion.
Marshall’s advice was to focus on romance before the new baby comes but that may not work-they’re already having problems, and that focus on romance is just another method of avoidance.
Their issues with each other and the situation, not dealt with, will inevitably only get worse, and a breakup could happen easily; not to mention Kristina’s growing bond with the baby.
General Hospital Spoilers: The Stress Could Tear TJ And Molly Apart And Kristina Could Fight For Custody
The stress of the situation could tear TJ and Molly apart, and since the baby is TJ’s child he could be perceived as getting too close to Kristina.
That would be because of being concerned for her and the baby’s welfare but perhaps checking on Kristina too closely, and Kristina may want the baby for herself.
Right now Kristina and Molly seem to be enjoying her pregnancy together, but TJ feels like a third wheel, and to add to the confusion Kristina’s in a committed relationship.
Since obviously Kristina and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) cannot have a baby of their own as a same-sex couple, Kristina has a ready-made baby of hers on the way.
If TJ and Molly break up, Kristina may just leave TJ out of the equation entirely and leverage their breakup to keep the baby herself!
