General Hospital Spoilers: Joss Has No Idea Who She’s in Love With, But She’s About to
General Hospital spoilers tease Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) is in for the shock of her life when she learns that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has been lying to her. What could she possibly expect from a man who makes his living working for lying, deceptive men who believe they are above the rules and the law? Joss is going to suspect something is up with Dex, but she will start to presume it’s exactly what her mom warned her about — Dex isn’t really going to get out of the business. What she never expected to hear was that Dex is Sonny’s long-lost child.
General Hospital Spoilers — Dex is Family
Joss may feel like she’s known Dex all of her life, but their connection is much more familial than she might realize. When the truth comes out that Dex is actually Sonny’s first born son, Joss is going to be stunned. Feeling that she has been betrayed, she will do whatever she can to distance herself from Dex. The sting of his lies won’t be easy to ignore, especially without Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) around to distract her. Still, Joss will have to persevere and move forward, figuring out her feelings that won’t go away…along the way.
GH Spoilers Hint Sonny Has a Troubled Past
Sonny was married to Lily Corinthos (Lilly Melgar) in 1996 and thought they had the rest of their lives to look forward to together. But Lily’s father, Hernando Rivera (Ismael ‘East’ Carlo), hated Sonny and wanted his daughter as far away from him as he could possibly get her. Then, just days after telling Sonny she was pregnant with his child, Lily was killed in a car bomb explosion that Hernando staged for Sonny.
He grieved for years that it was supposed to be him and Lily had to pay for the rift between him and her father with her life and that of their unborn child. Little does Sonny know, Lily didn’t die. Her remains were never discovered in the car, and that’s because her father staged it just to abscond away with her. Over the years, he brainwashed Lily and her child into believing Sonny was a threat and wanted nothing to do with them. Today, that child is all grown up, and his name is Dex.
General Hospital Spoilers — Will Lily Return to Port Charles?
Is Lily going to pull an Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) and show up in town on the heels of Sonny figuring out the truth about Dex? Will he plant a bullet squarely into Dex’s chest just before Lily bursts into his penthouse and tells him Dex is his son? We sure hope not. GH loves to rinse and repeat now and then, but Lily and Dex are going to need to put their own spin on this one if it’s going to work.
As for Joss, she will have to come to grips with knowing she was shacking up with what would have been her stepbrother at one point in time. Since worse things have happened in Port Charles and the Corinthos family, we’re thinking her focus will be more on Dex lying to her than tagging along on future family vacations. Even if Dex is Sonny’s son, there is nothing to stop Joss from sleeping with him. Dex would be Sonny’s child with another woman. Carly is Joss’s mom, and Jax is her father. There is no blood relation at all between Dex and Joss. Dex is merely a stepbrother through marriage, which is quite different than if Joss slept with Michael, since they share Carly as mother.
