General Hospital Spoilers: Finn’s Patient Error Leads Portia To Drinking Accusation!
General Hospital spoilers tease that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has been having difficulty maintaining his sobriety in recent weeks. Finn has had an extremely taxing few month.
First, he and his father Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) had several arguments in the wake of Gregory’s ALS condition.
Their arguments turned bitter and Gregory made some hurtful comments. Father and son managed to make peace and clear the air the night of Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) wedding to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
General Hospital Spoilers – Gregory Chase died and sent Hamilton Finn drinking!
That same night, Gregory passed away. Temptation proved to be too0 much under such difficult conditions and Finn took more than one drink as paramedics took Gregory’s body away.
By the time Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) showed up, she could immediately tell Finn had taken a drink.
That led to a terrible argument between them, and Finn showed Elizabeth the door. Elizabeth confided in Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who is also the co-chief of staff at General Hospital.

Although Chase poured the alcohol bottle out and Finn sought out an AA meeting, that doesn’t mean Finn’s temptation to drink won’t continue to be an issue.
In fact, if Finn takes a drink while on duty, or shows up drunk that could give Portia reason to accuse Finn of drinking on the job.
Perhaps Finn will make a mistake with a patient, or ever several patients, which will lead Portia to at least be suspicious. Finn will realize that Elizabeth must have clued Portia in which could end their relationship for good.

Even if Finn does makes a mistake at while on duty, that doesn’t necessarily mean he’s still drinking. He’s been under an enormous amount of stress dealing with Gregory’s illness and death.
But Portia’s accusations could be quite costly and could be exactly what sends Finn back to the bottle. Either way, there have been signs that Finn may soon be leaving for good, and unfortunately it looks as though a tragic fate awaits him.
