General Hospital Spoilers: Cam Brokenhearted, Spencer With Trina-Emma Returns?
General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease that someone needs to come to Port Charles to start at PCU now that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) is brokenhearted. His childhood “romantic rival” Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) is making strides with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) so it’s time Emma Scorpio-Drake (Brooklyn Rae Selzer) shows up!
General Hospital Spoilers: No More Rivalry
As preteens, Spencer and Cameron used to fight over Emma, while Josslyn spent her time as a child of the corn, once dressing as an ear of corn for Halloween! Trina hadn’t gotten acquainted with any of them and maybe didn’t live in Port Charles, but none of them were old enough to date anyway. Spencer still called Joss and Cam “townies” but Emma was a special situation and a very special girl, especially when it was time for summer camp.
But if Emma were to return now, and possibly study pre-med at Port Charles University, there would be no more rivalry between Cameron and Spencer. Reconnecting with Emma might be just what Cameron needs to mend his broken heart, and someone needs to live in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) until she’s back home.
GH Spoilers: There Was No Rivalry Between The Girls Until…
When they were all preteens, there was no rivalry over boys between the girls, Joss and Emma pretty much ignored each other. They had better things to do until they started liking the boys – Cameron and Emma “dated” until Spencer decided he wanted Emma and Joss decided she wanted Cameron.
Spencer and Joss pretended to date to make Cameron and Emma jealous, and eventually Joss and Cam “dated” but then broke up. But eventually, Oscar Nero (Garren Lake Stitt) came along and Cameron pined for Josslyn while she fell for Oscar, who later died. As for Emma, she moved to California with her parents but visited her grandparents in Port Charles every now and then.
General Hospital Spoilers: Cameron Webber’s Heart Ripe For The Mending
Cameron’s heart is definitely ripe for the mending and sunshiny Emma might just be the perfect one to do it; they haven’t seen each other in a very long time. There’s nothing like a childhood sweetheart to bring someone back to a time when things weren’t so adult and complicated. Sweet Emma would bring sunshine to the Scorpios as well, with her grandfather and great uncle living close.
And eventually, General Hospital might be graced with another very talented doctor on staff once Emma finishes her medical school if that’s what she chooses to do. Cameron and Emma may reconnect in a much different way than when they were kids, but that might be a good thing.
