General Hospital spoilers indicate that the expose about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) pitched to the Invader is going to bring to light some of the terrible things that Nina did when she first came out of a 20 year-long coma.
While it’s understandable that it would take time for her to readjust to life after missing so much of her life. But what Nina did to Ava Jerome (Maura West) goes way beyond that! Ava had an affair with Nina’s husband Silas Clay (Michael Easton) and broke up their marriage. To make things even worse, Nina had been pregnant when she fell into a coma. When she woke up, Nina was devastated to learn the baby didn’t survive.

Ava was pregnant when Nina showed up in Port Charles, and for a long time hid her anger with a false, almost innocent demeanor. But eventually, her anger came out and she kidnapped Ava. And then Nina did something horrific. She cut the baby out of Ava’s womb.
The baby survived and Nina took her. Ava also survived and was eventually reunited with her daughter, although custody was given to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard), the baby’s father. Ava and Nina remained bitter enemies. Nina eventually recovered from her mental breakdown and even took over Crimson Magazine,

When Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was believed to be dead, he pretended to be a ghost in order to punish Ava and find the codicil to Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) will. Since Nikolas was believed to be dead, no one believed Ava.
She checked herself into a mental health facility because she believed she was having hallucinations. Nikolas went as far as to appear to Ava inside the facility. Ava believed she was going mad but Nina came to visit her and found Nikolas’ ring under Ava’s bed. She convinced Ava that nothing was wrong with her, showing her the ring. This was the turning point for these two women, who slowly became friends.

Ava and Nina have actually formed a fairly strong friendship in the last few years. But the first part of the expose the Invader is doing on Nina has been published and Ava is already fielding calls wanting her comment. Ava may even be forced to testify about what Nina did to her.
It’s very possible that being forced to relive that terrible will bring back all the anger and pain Ava felt at the time. Ava may even continue to feign friendship in order to keep Nina from seeing her coming. Nina would be completely unprepared if Ava decided to get further revenge!

Nina didn't cut the baby out! She gave Ava a shot that induces labor and when Ava had the baby, Nina took her and left!

Can’t stand Nina. And can’t understand how Ava could ever forgive her for what she has done.
What if all this time, Ava has been playing the long game of revenge against Nina, waiting for the perfect opportunity, acting as her friend. By encouraging Nina to rat out Carly to the SEC, she accomplishes the Mother of all revenge płot twists. Nina loses Sonny who won’t forgive her for this. Michael will never allow her near his kids. And as a bonus, her long time enemy Carly goes to jail.

Ava had an affair with Silas and knew Madeline who's to say that kiki is the twin of willow ava knew all the players in the game and Nina did steal Ava's new baby with sonny so how could sonny forget this? ? Also could the face of deception be Sam and sonny's child?
Nina did not cut Avery from Ava's whom. Ava fully delivered Avery. Nina delivered her. Nina had a C-section birth to 1 baby not two and not three.
