General Hospital Spoilers – Both Anna Devane And Valentin Cassadine Are Starting To Wake Up!
General Hospital viewers will remember that both Anna and Valentin are starting to have a rude awakening about Peter! As Anna and Valentin had been talking about the voice that Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) that he says is that of Peter, they both realized that Peter has been lying. Peter has even been lying to Valentin!
Anna’s investigation had started to be about Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) but when she got the files on Dr. Warren Kirk (Jameson Jones), heavily redacted, they also found out that not only had Dr. Kirk treated Dante, but he had also treated Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and begun treating Franco before his death. Anna quickly realized that what Franco has been hearing was coming not from his brain tumor, which Peter had widely publicized in an article designed to put a target on Franco’s back, but from the deeper buried memories of Drew Cain (Billy Miller). Dr. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) had warned that when he tried to extract Drew’s memories that there may be more underlying Franco’s and that seems to be what has happened.
Anna hates to realize that she has been protecting a liar all along, who she loves as her son, but for Valentin it is almost worse. It seems like a betrayal, and he hunted Peter down in the cemetery where he had been visiting Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey). Valentin got the whole truth out of Peter, part of which he knew, but not the whole story!
General Hospital Spoilers – Anna Devane Talks To Valentin Cassadine About Her Fiancé Never Having Had Believed Her
General Hospital viewers know that Anna and Valentin go back a long, long way. They were in WSB spy school together where he was going by the name Ivan Theodore. He had become obsessed with Anna, but by the time he followed her to where she gave birth to Peter, her twin Alex Marick (Finola Hughes), who neither Anna nor Valentin would have known about at the time, was already impersonating Anna!
Longtime General Hospital viewers who also watched All My Children will know the backstory! The two had been separated at birth and Alex had been brainwashed to believe she was Anna – this could have been when the memory transfers took place. Anna confides in Valentin about last year when she had researched Peter, to clear him of suspicions, but found out he had been working with the assassin who he killed in the operating room where Dr. Maddox was getting to perform the procedure to retrieve Franco’s memories.
Peter had worked with him in a previous place of employment in Europe, which tied Peter to the assassin and meant he could have hired him. Anna didn’t want to believe what she was seeing even back then, and had tried to hide the file in her home. Finn found it and confronted her with holding the truth back from her. Finn never has believed in the innocence of Peter, and it has caused friction between him and Anna! Needless to say, Valentin wants to see that file if she still has it! Valentin and Anna both care about Peter as if he were a son but he has to account for his crimes and be brought to justice!

Anna and Valentin need to help Peter to sort out this situation. Anna and Valentin should be Peter’s parents because they love him the most. Anna and Peter have already bonded as mother and son. Their relationship was hard to create and took over three years to build. It makes no sense that it was more important for Faison to be Peter’s father instead of Anna being Peter’s mother. Alex was never going to be a part of Peter’s life. Now she is the witch that gave birth to him. Peter will never want anything to do with Alex because she put Maxie and Lou at risk. Anna saved Maxie and Lou. Peter needs Anna to be there for him still. He also needs Valentin. Peter needs to overcome this situation for Maxie, Lou, Anna, and everyone else he cares for. Peter has done some shady things but so have Anna and Valentin. They can find a way to help Peter to set things right in some fashion. Peter is about to be a father and should be there for Lou. Anna and Valentin would have been wonderful grandparents for Lou. It would be horrible for Anna and Valentin to turn on Peter and possibly be the reason he not only loses Maxie but Lou. It is time for this situation with Peter to be taken in a different, positive, and better direction for everyone going forward.
Listen I don’t care what these gh writers as long as they leave ppl alone and try not to ruin a good story other than that I don’t care who they bring bck just as they leave other ppl the hell alone you would think that some ppl have stuffer enough smh I wonder when and how will these writers would give them peace and go after somebody else that haven’t stuffer
